Joe Giudice 'Could Face Up To Ten Years In Jail' [VIDEO] RHONJ Husband Of TeresaTakes ANOTHER Plea Deal For Faking His Identity In 2010

Joe Giudice could get up to ten years in jail. Joe is already facing 41 months in federal prison from the sentencing he received for his fraud case. But another sentencing will take place for Joe on Wednesday regaurding how he faked being his brother, Pedro, to obtain a driver's license. Does it ever end for Joe and Teresa Giudice?

In 2010, Joe  had his license taken away due to a DWI and tried to get another one using his brother's identity. So today, he accepted a plea deal for this seperate crime and will receive his sentencing for this deal on Wednesday, where according to Radar Online,  a judge could throw the Real Housewives of New Jersey hubby in jail for a total of ten years! Joe could start his ten years after Teresa Giudice get out of prison. The couple are facing a long time of turmoil.

Joe Giudice already  received 41 months in in federal prison by U.S. District Court Judge Esther Salas, whom was disgusted with the couple and horrified at the lack of financial information the couple gave to the court. And Teresa Giudicerecieved 15 months in prison, way more than anticipated. Teresa begged the courts for just probabtion or housearrest due to her four little girls at home, but the judge ignored Terea's requests after flaunting her money around for years on RHONJ. Teresa was seen carrying around a $2,500 purse just last week on Bravo and has been seen throwing lavish parties despite her lawyer's advice and that didn't help her sentencing.

Judge Salas was clearly trying to make an example of of the reality couple. Teresa and Joe are not above the law, despite what they once thought. On WWHL we hope Teresa will discuss her fears about prison. Can you justpicture Teresa in an orange jumpsuit, a bandana completely covering her miniature forehead!? Can't wait for Teresa to meet her fate behind bars! Her term begins on January 5th. Joe will stay with the children until Teresa gets released and then starts his term. Also for Joe, who is an Italian citizen, he may be deported after his long prison term, causing the family even more turmoil. It may be years before the entire family can spend a day under the same roof.

Before Joe Giudice was sentenced, the Real Housewives of New Jersey husband read an inense letter to judge Salas admitting his shame. Joe said, "I stand here humiliated before the court and my family and society," he said. "I disgraced many people, including my wife and four daughters. I take full responsibility for my actions. I promise to be a better person."

Teresa begged the court for no jail time because of her children, but Tre got the book thrown at her.

The RHONJ couple pleaded guilty to multiple counts of fraud, stealing over $4 million from hard working taxpayers.

The judge was furious with Joe and Teresa. She said there was "inconsistencies and omissions" in the financial disclosure forms filed by the couple and the inconsistencies make it "hard for her me be lenient. They had an obligation to be transparent and candid and open with the court and I don't think I got that," Judge Salas said. "I want to understand the disconnect," she scolded.

The judge said that the duo must pay $414,588.90 in restitution fees, with Joe Giudice facing $7,500 to $75,000 in fines, and Teresa looking at fines of $5,000 to $50,000.

Doesn't it feel like judgment day all over again?!
