Surprisingly Harry Styles is defending Taylor Swift instead of getting agitated after she released a second song (Out Of The Woods) about him. A source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that the One Direction singer is guarding Taylor to his friends who are dissing her.

Many would have expected Harry to be upset with Tay as she released another song about her ex-boyfriend, Harry. However, instead of getting angry, he is coming to Taylor's defense. After she released, "Out Of The Woods", Harry's friends are throwing shades at Taylor but he is not having any of it. HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned.

A source close to the matter told HollywoodLife.com, "This new song has put Harry in an awkward position because he's being forced to defend her! All his friends are making fun of Taylor over this, calling her names like 'Bunny Boiler' and 'Cray Tay.'"

Now, that's really harsh! But we are glad to inform that Harry stuck up for his former girlfriend, Taylor. Our source further explained, "Harry doesn't want to be mean to her, he genuinely feels bad that he hurt her, so now he's stuck defending her, it's just awkward."

That sounds awkward indeed!

Why Is Taylor's New Song, 'Out Of The Woods' Definitely About Harry

There are multiple clues that Taylor's new song is about Harry, the biggest clue is when she sings, "Remember when you hit the brakes too soon, Twenty stitches in a hospital room."

When Taylor opened up to Rolling Stone about her new album 1989, she mentioned a serious snowmobile accident with one of her ex-boyfriend. She mentioned that her life flashed before her eyes when her ex-boyfriend lost control and crashed the ride.

She stated she was not hurt in the incident, but corrected herself and said, "Not as hurt." It was Harry who ended up in the hospital with 20 stitches! This accident happened in December 2012.
