After several months of speculation about Ariana Grande and Big Sean's dating status, the "Bang Bang" songstress finally aired the truth. In an interview with The Telegraph, the former "Sam & Cat" star admitted that she's dating the rapper. She likewise went on to describe him.

"He is one of the most amazing men in the world and that includes my grandfather and my brother. I think the world of him, and he's an amazing person. That's kind of all there is to it," she explained.

Ariana Grande and Big Sean were first linked to each other when they collaborated on the single, "Best Mistake." Their romance appears to have blossomed following their split from their respective partners.

The "Put Your Heart Up" singer was previously dating Jai Brooks but broke up with him allegedly because he wasn't there for her when her grandfather passed away. Big Sean, on the other hand, used to be engaged to "Glee" star Naya Rivera.

Ariana Grande and Big Sean indirectly confirmed dating news when they were seen holding hands at the MTV VMAs backstage. While Grande has already confirmed, Big Sean remained evasive. When asked by MTV News, he opted to focus on praising Grande's music.

"We got more in the works, too. I feel like her voice is crazy, [just] that that big voice comes out of her is insane (sic). I was probably one of the first people to tweet about her music; me and her been friends for years before anything else," he said.

One source of Hollywood Life also adds that the new couple is having a difficult time simply because they miss each other: "She's [Ariana is] having a great time [on tour] but she really misses him [Big Sean], it's hard because they're in love, so of course they don't want to be apart.

"They talk every night before she goes to bed, she doesn't even want to go out after dinner with everyone because she just wants to get back to her room and talk to him, she's got it bad," added the insider.

The 26-year-old performer reportedly gave Grande a mini version of a gold lion necklace. The necklace is a replica of the one Big Sean always wears.
