Jude Law is gearing up for baby number five!

The actor confirmed on Thursday, Oct. 16, that he is expecting a child with ex-girlfriend Catherine Harding. The baby will be the fifth for the Law.

"I can confirm that Jude Law and Catherine Harding are expecting a child together in the spring," Law's rep told Us Weekly in a statement. "Whilst they are no longer in a relationship, they are both wholeheartedly committed to raising their child.

"They consider this a private matter and other than this confirmation no statement will be made. I ask that you respect the privacy of all parties involved and their families," added the rep.

According to the Daily Mail, Harding, 23, is a singer/songwriter who also goes by the name Cat Cavelli. She allegedly spent six-weeks with the 41-year-old actor in the Czech Republic over the summer while he filmed a project.

The publication claims that Harding is said to be about five months along in her pregnancy.  

Law also has three children, son Rafferty, 18, daughter Iris, 13, and son Rudy, 12, with his ex-wife, British actress Sadie Frost. Additionally, he has a five-year-old daughter with American model Samantha Burke.  

Law was also famously engaged to British actress Sienna Miller. The pair split in 2006 after Law admitted to having an affair with his children's nanny. Law and Miller rekindled their relationship in 2009 but broke up again in 2011.

As for fatherhood, Law has said that becoming a dad changed him for the better.  

"Being a daddy is what counts. I used to sleep until noon, but it's not so bad to have to get up at 7 and give them breakfast," the actor said in 2009, according to the Daily Mail. "My daughter made me realize that if there's anything that's going to make a man of you, it's having your will broken by a little girl."
