Amber Rose is shutting down rumors that she and Nick Cannon are dating.

Although speculation that the pair may have hooked up began circulating after Cannon took on the role of Rose's manager, the 30-year-old model denies that their relationship is anything but professional.

While walking the red carpet at the launch party of XXIV Karat Champagne at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills on Thursday, Rose was asked by E! News what she believed was the biggest rumor floating around about her.

"That I've slept with Nick Cannon!!!" exclaimed the model.

"NOT true," she added. "Cool for him...but no, didn't happen."

The media ran with the story that Cannon and Rose may be more than business partners after news broke that both were dealing with issues in their romantic lives.  

Rose recently filed for divorce from her husband of one year, rapper Wiz Khalifa. The couple share one-year-son Sebastian "The Bash" Taylor Thomaz.

Meanwhile, Cannon reportedly split from his wife of six years Mariah Carey, with whom he shares 3-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan.

Regardless, a source told E! News in September that Cannon and Rose "have never hooked up," adding that the pair's relationship is "just business."

Cannon also attended Thursday evening's event in Beverly Hills. A witness reportedly told E! News, "Nick showed up around 9, he came to support Amber on her night out with friends. The two were seen mingling together, laughing and hugging while sharing some words."

Earlier this week, Cannon also addressed rumors about his relationship with Rose on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show.

The TV host called Rose "someone that I'm managing" and explained that "the wound's too fresh" for him to be in another relationship just yet.

"I'm as happy as I can be. I'm taking this time to do me," said Rose.

As for Rose, the mom and model is taking some time to focus on her career.

"I'm super excited about my book," she told E! News. "Can't tell you much else other than it's for us women."
