BoA appeared as a guest on "Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook" after her new album release.

She opened the show with her new title song that she produced, "Only One." She commented, "I am alway nervous when I perform on this stage."

BoA, who has been a singer for 13 years, commented, "I always want to be an idol. I didn't think I would be singing and performing for this long."

When asked to describe her teenage years in one word, BoA replied, "Forward." She continued by saying that her 20s would be straight, her 30s would be a temporary stop and that her 40s would be parking. This answer showed her passion and goals for her music career.

When asked why she was not doing any Japan activities, she answered that it was because she was busy being a judge for an audition program.

She continued to perform new songs from her album in a medley form.
