The ladies are together again!

"Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" co-stars Blake Lively, Amber Tamblyn, and Alexis Bledel recently accompanied each other to America Ferrera's new play, "Lips Together, Teeth Apart" in New York City.

"Go America! Supporting our girl in her play, Lips Together, Teeth Apart. #sisterhood," Tamblyn wrote on Instagram after the group attended the play on Saturday, Oct. 18.

Bledel can be seen holding up a playbill from the show.

Earlier this week, Tamblyn also took to Instagram to express joy over Blake Lively's pregnancy.

"Finally I can share my little sister's good news! Congratulations my Blakey, you beautiful woman you. What a tremendous mama you are going to be," wrote Tamblyn.

Earlier this month, Lively revealed that she is expecting her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds.

The "Sisterhood" co-stars also shared a glimpse of their tight friendship in September, posting a picture the foursome enjoying brunch.

"Brunch with my best bitches. #sisterhood," wrote Tamblyn.

It's clear that the actresses enjoy spending time together. Lively ad Tamblyn also attended an art exhibit on Saturday. At the event, Lively showed off her growing baby bump in an outfit that is available on her lifestyle website Preserve.

While Bledel, Ferrera, Lively, and Tamblyn remain close friends in real life, fans may also see them reunite on the big screen in the future.

Alloy Entertainment announced early this year that they are developing a third installment of the "Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants" franchise, although none of the stars have officially signed on.

This film is based on "Sisterhood Everlasting," the last book in the best-selling YA series by author Ann Brashares. It follows the four lead characters as they find themselves drifting apart as they navigate adulthood.
