Kanye West is reportedly saddened with how things are between his wife Kim Kardashian and Jay Z's wife Beyonce Knowles. West and Jay Z are good friends but the rumored rift of their wives isn't helping their friendship.

Baby North West's father is reportedly communicating with Jay Z as to how their wives can patch things up. However, one insider of British magazine Heat claims that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" actress doesn't want to make up with the "Irreplaceable" songstress.

"As far as Kim's concerned, the damage is done - she thinks Bey only wants to be friends because she wants something from her now," claimed the source.

The source also claims that West is urging the power couple to do something in public believing that it will soften Kardashian: "But Kanye would love for things to be better and it trying to get Kim to soften. Kanye's spoken to Jay privately and told him the approach may have to be public in some way - that's the way Kim is and not coming to the wedding was a huge snub."

It was previously reported that Jay Z would stand as the best man in Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding. However, Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles opted not to attend and took a vacation instead.

The insider also cites several reasons why the "KUWTK" star might not forgive Blue Ivy's mother: ""Kim's ignoring her calls so far. Bey's going to have to eat some serious humble pie to make up for all the public snubs she's made over the years and for missing her wedding. She's certainly not going to forgive her just because Kim's a bit more famous now and Beyoncé's popularity has taken a hit."
