A few days ago, True Tori reality TV star Tori Spelling is hospitalized at the Cedars Sinai Hospital after fortunately, found negative from any deadly virus like the Ebola or the Enterovirus D68. While, in her hospital bed recovering from bronchitis, the actress had a big realization that a particular person will never be there for her in hard times like the one she is currently in.

On Thursday, the ex-Beverly Hills 90210 actress spilled her guts in her Instagram saying, "This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away from you. We all need 2 step up frm inside& go 4 it! W/our friends by our side,' she added. 'Sadly I've finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me #TrueTori."

She accompanied the post with a picture of her in a hospital bed with all the apparatus and an IV connected to her hand.

Sources from the Daily Mail speculated that Tori's message is intended to her husband Dean McDermott who is alleged to have cheated on her. Further, the tabloid said that the actress had previously suffered a nervous breakdown due to her failed marriage and her husband's alcoholism and financial incapability.

"I am hoping that shedding some light on it for all of her fans to read may actually lead her to seek some change in her life," the Daily Mail quotes this statement from a source on TMZ.

Meanwhile, E! Online has another opinion. They have speculated that it is not the actress' husband hinted at the message but her mother Candy Spelling who is reported to have a strained relationship with her daughter following marital troubles.

"It's incredibly brave to share your life with the public, especially during hard times. My daughter has shown real strength and complete devotion to her beautiful family in the Lifetime Television docu-series True Tori. The second season premieres tonight," Candy Spelling wrote on her Facebook as a way of supporting her daughter and her show.

Tori Spelling was hospitalized on Saturday after her husband Dean McDermott urged her to be hospitalized due to prolonged coughing while working in the set of True Tori.

E! News further said that the actress has undergone tests on Monday with a lung specialist about her condition.
