Jennifer Aniston's Diet And Weight Loss Secrets Revealed! Celebrity Trainer Shares How To Get Her Toned Bod!

Finally! The secret to getting Jennifer Aniston's body has been revealed! Mandy Ingber, who has been working out with the "Friends" star had shared some insider information on how Jen was able to maintain such an amazing figure!

Mandy tells InStyle:

"She's just amazing, she's gorgeous, she's always looked amazing. I mean I do think that yoga has definitely transformed her body and gives her such grace. And in addition to that, she's just a wonderful person."

The 45-year-old joins Mandy for workouts three times a week. They begin with cardio, followed by yoga. But the real secret to achieve that maximum calorie burn? Spinning for 20 to 25 minutes!

Yoga, however, is still Jen's first love. They start her training with a 45-minute yoga routine includes standing poses. "She loves balancing poses, like tree, half-moon pose, and warrior III."

Mandy said yoga is anti-aging and helps with weight loss because it focuses on mindfulness and stress relief. "The idea of mindfulness and slowing down long enough to be present to the body helps to regulate your appetite and knowing when to stop," said Ingber. "Yoga encourages you to make healthier choices. It regulates hormones, metabolism, the digestive system and the nervous system, which decreases stress."

Jen reportedly still want to lose five pounds to reach her ideal weight of 110 to 113 pounds. Many celebrities had opted for low carb diet or other equally famous diets such as Atkins and Paleo, but the star doesn't stick to a particular diet. Jen usually enjoys bread and bagels on weekends, but doesn't go overboard with carbs.

Mandy says Jennifer stays fit year-round with meditation, a low-carb, high protein diet and yoga. "Jennifer is a very consistent person with her nutrition." She adds that limiting processed junk foods, managing stress and drinking plenty of water is Jennifer's anti-aging beauty secret.
