Jane Lynch Divorce Finalized, ‘Glee’ Star To Pay Ex-Wife Lara Embry $1.2 Million Plus TV Residuals

Jane Lynch and Lara Embry are officially divorced.

The "Glee" star and her ex-wife reportedly finalized their divorce on Tuesday, Oct. 28, and it appears that Lynch will now be forking over some serious money to her former spouse.

According to E! News, Los Angeles Superior Court documents obtained by the publication reveal that Lynch agreed to pay her ex-wife $1.2 million over the next two years. Embry will allegedly receive 50% of Lynch's television residuals as well, from shows like "Glee", "Two and a Half Men," and NBC's "Hollywood Game Night," which Jane hosts.

Lynch and Embry announced their split in June 2013 after three years of marriage.  Lynch filed for divorce a month later and made a statement about the split to E! News, saying it had "been a difficult decision for us [to end the marriage] as we care very deeply about one another."

The former spouses reportedly split their joint bank accounts which totaled $847,485, as well as a 401K worth $315,079 and their 2012 tax refund worth $56,810. Jane and Lara will also sell their combined membership to the Mulholland Tennis Club and share the profits.

Embry will take full custody of their dog Francis, perhaps due to the fact that Embry's two daughters, Chase and Haden, obviously reside with their mother Lara due to the couple's split.

Lynch told Access Hollywood in August 2013 that she is not overly concerned about the financial aspects of her divorce. "It's just money," said the actress, adding that California "is a half and half state, as well as it should be, so that's fine."
