Bruce Jenner dating Ronda Kamihira is not putting stop the sex change rumors, and the former Olympian didn't help any as he was spotted with bright red nails on his birthday.

In a report from E! News, Bruce Jenner dating Ronda Kamihira reports took a backseat and his alleged sex change rumors resurfaced when Kris Jenner's ex was spotted driving his car around Malibu and sporting a bright red nail polish.

"When Bruce was caught by the paparazzi hours earlier, his nails were au naturel. Around 1 p.m., the birthday boy, 65, gave himself a roadside manicure," it said. "The Olympic decathlete's long hair was tucked behind his Nike hat during the drive."

Accordingly, Bruce Jenner applied on the manicure himself while pulling over the Pacific Coast Highway. A witness then told E!: "It was so strange. He just started up the car and drove off, puffing away."

Ever since his split with Kris Jenner, the former Olympian's drastic change in appearance--for his long locks, botox face, thinned Adam's apple, and one point for wearing a sports bra--triggered a slew of Bruce Jenner sex change rumors.

Kris Jenner defended Bruce Jenner over the sex change rumors when she guested on NBC's "Today Show" where Hoda Kotb asked her if it's true that her former husband is becoming a woman.

"It's silly. They've been saying that since the '70s. You'd think it'd be cooked by now, I don't know-but [that storyline] keeps continuing...They keep regurgitating the same old stuff," she said.

Bruce Jenner is now rumored to be dating Ronda Kamihira, Kris Jenner's BFF, and according to Hollywood Life, she gave him a very special gift for his birthday.

"Bruce is obsessed with his grooming and how he takes care of his body. Ronda knows this and is having a state-of-the-art toilet and bidet put in for him this week. She thought it would make his life and his bathroom experience that much more pleasurable," the source told the site.
