Lindsay Lohan's dating profile has recently been scrutinized as she is said to have been dating the 52-year old Tom Cruise while both are recently working in London. The news originally came out from the US Ok! Magazine after the two are said to have exchanged numbers this month at hotspot Chiltern Firehouse.

Hollywood Life cited reports from OK! Magazine saying that both have fun flirting after exchanging numbers at the Chiltern Firehouse. Further, the two have been 'secretly' seeing each other after the first meet.

"Lindsay has been craving the security and sophistication that comes with dating an older man, so she couldn't believe her luck when she ran into her old crush [in London]...She's head over heels. She recently gushed, 'He's the sexiest man alive!'", the source said.

Further, the source said that meeting the Mission Impossible actor is a chance that the 28-year old actress has been dreaming of.

"'Lindsay's always had a major crush on Tom and was dying to run into him, so the second she got her chance, she pounced."

However, representatives from the Liz and Dick actress are quick to respond to the allegations saying that 'there is no truth at all'.

Further, Hollywood Life clarifies that Lindsay has auditioned for a role to become Tom Cruise' wife in Mission Impossible III,  some years ago, when she was still eighteen years old.

Reports from the Daily Mail, meanwhile said, that the audition happened this year as the starlet's name appeared in Vanity Fair.

The Freaky Friday actress has also talked about it in her Twitter saying, "I just want everyone to know, that I have/had no part in the [Vanity Fair] story, nor has anyone in my life, personal and work related."

Meanwhile, sources from the ibtimes supported that the dating rumors are not true and Tom's intentions is just to be friends with the controversial actress.

"He genuinely thinks he can help Lindsay turn her life around. Tom loves a party, but he's spent his whole life focused on his career. Lindsay can definitely help him relax and have more fun."
