It is the first time a Korean artist has been chosen by the Billboard magazine and hold a 'Facebook Live' interview.

Yesterday on the Billboard website, the main article title read, "2NE1 Invades America: Behind the Scenes with the K-Pop Phenomenon." 

2NE1 has just recently finished their concert in New Jersey which is a part of their world tour, 'NEW EVOLUTION'. They have also visited the official Facebook building, showing their global popularity.

Durng the interview with Billboard, 2NE1 talked about their outfits that famous fashion designer, Jeremy Scott had designed. They also talked about their english album which will feature will.i.am. 

The Billboard magazine stated, "They transformed their concert into a performance. CL with her DJing, Bom and Dara with their vocals and Minzy with her dance moves."

They continued, "A couple years ago, no one would have ever imagined that K-Pop would be this popular in the U.S."

2NE1 revealed their thanks during the Facebook interview. CL commented, "We want to thank all the staff members for helping us create this show. We also want to thank the YG family."

2NE1 will continue on with their world tour, 'NEW EVOLUTION'.
