Tom Daley's boyfriend Dustin Lance Black has cashed in on a nearly cancelled speaking engagement as the Olympic diver confessed his admiration for Zac Efron's body.

In a piece from Page Six, Tom Daley's boyfriend Dustin Lance Black was paid $26,050 by Pasadena City College in California so he won't take the case to court.

The problem was traced back to the invitation that the community college originally extended to the award-winning screenwriter to speak at its commencement exercise. But the invitation was rescinded after a sex video involving Tom Daley's boyfriend Dustin Lance Black surfaced online.

"Black, who wrote the screenplay for "Milk," ultimately delivered the May 9 address at his alma mater after he wrote a letter in the student newspaper hinting at legal action and trustees apologized and invited him back," the publication said.

According to the Los Angeles Times, which first broke the news, the sex video was stolen from the screenwriter's former boyfriend.

Tom Daley's boyfriend Dustin Lance Black eventually was awarded $100,000 compensation against the suspect who sold the stolen sex video to several websites.

President Mark W. Rocha and Dustin Lance Black signed a deal for the school to pay him $26,050 "to not pursue future legal claims."

"Black also received a $3,000 honorarium for speaking, according to paperwork provided to trustees," the publication said.

Meanwhile, Tom Daley expressed his admiration for Zac Efron in a piece from Attitude magazine as relayed by Queerty.

When asked for his favorite actors, the British diver said: "I don't normally watch many films, so I'm terrible with actors' names. But I think it would have to be Zac Efron in 'Bad Neighbours.' I think Zac Efron has a great body."

Tom Daley graces the November cover of Attitude magazine which also named him "Man of the Year."
