Amanda Bynes is back on Twitter.

The 28-year-old star has taken to the social media site to reveal some information about her mental health, as well as rant about being placed under her parents' conservatorship, which she claims has left her without decent clothes or an apartment.

After taking somewhat of a hiatus from Twitter since May (she has tweeted and deleted posts since then), Bynes began a string of rather personal tweets.

It is unclear if the "She's the Man" actress's claim that she is bipolar is entirely factual however, since she then sent out another tweet that suggested the previous message may have been accidental.

Bynes went ton to argue that her parents are making it difficult for her to live on her own, or at least to have the clothing she desires, due to their court-mandated conservatorship.

Bynes found herself in the news for posting shocking tweets just last month. She reportedly accused her father of molesting her as a child in messages that included some graphic detail. The actress soon erased the Twitter posts however and retracted the serious claim.

"My dad never did any of those things The microchip in my brain made me say those things but he's the one that ordered them to microchip me," Bynes wrote on Twitter, in another message that was later deleted.
