"The Talk" host Sharon Osbourne on CBC shocked the studio including co-host Aisha Tyler when she admitted that she has been struggling with depression for sixteen years in their episode on Monday, People revealed. The sudden revelation came in when guest of the show, Wayne Brady, admitted the same disorder and the host got carried away with their discussion.

"Some days are better than others, and some days you feel like you just want to pull the sheets over your head and just stay in that bed and not do a damn thing - except rot," the former American Idol judge said.

Osbourne's statement caught Tyler by surprise saying, "You never talked about that!"

The host simply answered, "Nobody ever asked!"

In a clip posted in ABC, Tyler talked about having the courage to admit on public that one is suffering depression thus Wayne is invited over to talk about it.

"If you have the bravery, if you can do it, it's important to speak up. So many people suffer in silence and they feel alone," Tyler said in the show.

Meanwhile on September, the media personality admitted that she had cut his wrist to prove his love to her husband, Ozzy Osbourne when the two are still dating. Osbourne is said to have been keeping the secret from her children.

"It was something that was done when I was 27. I was just going out with Ozzy at the time, we were working together and dating at the same time. He was married, had two children. I was free and single. When we first got together, we would drink a lot together. That's what we did. We had a session of romance, drinking, partying -- it's about 4 a.m. and he says to me, 'How much do you love me? I don't know if this relationship is going to last,'" the music manager told her story in a very candid manner.

"I'm very dramatic as you all know. I'm like, 'I'll show you how much I love you!' So, I went to a room service table that was still in the room, covered with old fries and burgers and steaks, and there was a steak knife. So, I get the knife and I go, 'I love you so much,' slash, slash, slash on my wrist," she continued her story.

Having realized what happened, Sharon tried to stop the bleeding and called Ozzy's attention. An ambulance was called later and she was confined under the care of psych doctors.

Sharon Osbourne, also experienced a health scare as she is diagnosed with colon cancer in 2002 but fortunately got cured. She also underwent a double mastectomy in 2012 for fear of developing breast cancer.
