Amanda Bynes' parents are currently controlling her $5.7 million empire and this is apparently not going well with the 28-year-old actress. Recent reports by TMZ claim that the "Sydney White" actress wants to work in a bar so that she could get a new apartment and undergo plastic surgery "because she thinks she's ugly."

On November 6, photos of Bynes sleeping on a couch inside the Beverly Center in Los Angeles surfaced. The "She's The Man" star used her Twitter account to clarify the story behind the photo: "I was not given money for a hotel so I have been staying with friends and I didn't get enough sleep last night so I fell asleep on a couch @ the beverly center and a paparazzi snuck in and took pictures of me FYI!"

Despite saying that she did not intentionally sleep on the couch, the former Nickelodeon star still emphasized her hate for her parents: "I hate my parents for still not giving me money for a hotel. What is wrong with them? My lawyer is working to have them fully removed from being my conservator because they don't deserve control over my money."

Bynes went on to explain that she wouldn't stop until she regain utmost control of he finances: "They are miserable in their life and I will fight to get control of my finances taken away from them!"

Upon seeing the "Easy A" star's series of tweets, "The Hills" cast Heidi Montag reached out and offered her guest house: "@amandabynes you are more than welcome to crash in our guest house in Santa Barbara if you need somewhere to stay! DM me!"

Last week, Lynn Bynes took over her daughter's finances. They are reportedly planning to transfer the control to a money manager. Bynes' welfare, on the other hand, will be handed over to a mental health professional.
