Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's marriage remains solid despite the cheating scandal, but there's another controversy hounding the couple as "True Tori" star's mom denied her son-in-law's accusation about not being there for them.

Photos published on MailOnline suggested that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's marriage is still intact despite the cheating scandal and the ensuing divorce rumors.

They were snapped spending the day together in Encino, Los Angeles last Saturday.

"They took part in couples Thai massage therapy before heading to Jamba Juice, where they were seen embracing while grabbing a pick-me-up," the tabloid said. "The couple then linked arms while taking booster shots and fed each other orange slices to counteract the aftertaste."

In December 2013, the tabloids feasted on the cheating scandal involving Dean McDermott and Emily Goodhand while they were filming in Canada.

Dean McDermott then later admitted that he had in fact cheated on his wife but he blamed it on alcohol and drug abuse. In January this year, the reality star entered rehab to clean himself up.

Meanwhile, Candy Spelling's rep has denied the allegation that she hasn't been in touch following  reports that placed Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's marriage in the spotlight.

Earlier, McDermott claimed that his mother-in-law has not been helping with the finances of the family even as the reality stars have at one point filed for bankruptcy. "In my recovery, all I can be is honest and no. No. There's no financial help," he said, according to Us Magazine.

A rep for the 69-year-old Spelling matriarch told Access Holywood: "Candy has provided financial help in the past and has offered repeatedly to pay for the children's private schooling and Tori has never told her where to send the money."

The rep added that Candy Spelling had in the past reached out so she could spend time with four of her grandchildren but "unfortunately Tori and Dean are not often responsive."
