Researchers report that Psy's entry into the States have been an interest to the stock market. It was not expected to significantly increase revenue for the second half of the year, but due to the series of activities and concerts Psy has done it seems it will be making a big impact.

Entertainment companies are now looking more closely at internet sites such as YouTube and other social media networks due to its extreme impact in overseas promotions.

YG Entertainment started off this year with Big Bang's album and received much support from it.

Later this year, they received even more profit due to 2NE1 and Psy's activities overseas.

With Psy's sudden popularity overseas, it has broken the normal overseas promotions that idols go through. His song was uploaded onto YouTube and has now become a worldwide sensation in just one month. He was able to naturally make his way to the U.S. without doing much.

With Psy's immense popularity overseas, YG has started to work on 2NE1 and Big Bang's overseas concerts as well.

With only 10% overseas promotions in 2010, they now believe to reach over 50% overseas promotions by next year.
