Demi Lovato is engaged and she's willing to wait 13 years for the wedding to happen. Meanwhile, photos shared on Instagram showing the "Heart Attack" singer and boyfriend Wilmer Valderama wearing matching rings sparked wedding rumors.

Speaking to Ellen DeGeneres in her show, Demi Lovato said she's engaged to a young boy named Grant.

"I'm engaged. We have to wait a little while before the marriage," she said, according to E! News.

"He brought a ring. It was made out of green pipe cleaner and a green fuzzy ball," she explained of the spectacle last month when the boy walked up the stage during her performance in Illinois and asked her to marry him.

During her performance, the boy caught the attention of Demi Lovato when he held up a sign which says, "I have a ring for you."

The singer called the boy up the stage and asked, "Where's that ring? Because I think if you're up here we should make it official."

"Before you do it, do you know how to propose to somebody?"

"Can you get down on one knee with me? Now will you ask me? Demi will you marry me?"

"Demi, will you marry me?" the boy asked, and she accepted, per MailOnline.

"I will!" she said. "You put it on the right finger too. Thank you! Do you think I could have a kiss on the cheek?"

And that's how Demi Lovato got engaged.

Meanwhile, Hollywood Life asked if Demi Lovato's engaged to Wilmer Valderama, or if they had already secretly married based on the Instagram post where they were wearing similar rings.

"It's not totally clear, but it looks like they're wearing Tiffany & Co. Atlas® Open Ring bands. They retail for a whopping $3,500 - that's no crackerjack prize, even for celebs," it said.

But a source shot down the rumors that Demi Lovato is engaged to boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, adding that it's a commitment ring.

"It's not a wedding ring or an engagement ring, it's a commitment of the love they have for each other. They will get married, it's only a matter of time but these rings are all about a connection they have together - even when they aren't together," the source added.
