The Bachelor" season 18 stars Nikki Ferrell and Juan Pablo Galavis' split happened at the end of October, a few days before the blonde beauty turned 28. Ferrell admitted that they were already having confusions about the direction of their romance.

 "We were just going back and forth through texting. He was questioning the relationship, and I was questioning it back. I sent him a message saying, 'We should fight for this. We should work this out.' And he didn't respond," she told Life and Style magazine.

Ferrell likewise used an Instagram photo to express her feelings: "Isn't it pathetic how we waste so much time on certain people and in the end they prove that they weren't even worth a second of it."

For Ferrell, her beau's lack of reaction was enough to imply what he wanted. She then deleted his number and blocked him on Twitter which Ferrell later regretted: "In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have done that. I'm a tad bit impulsive."

Nikki Ferrell and Juan Pablo Galavis' relationship has attracted controversies from the start. Many speculated that the father-of-one was only after the money and had no real intention of settling down.

What intensified the speculations was his refusal to say "I love you" to his other half. Despite their ailing relationship, the two still opted to sign up for VH1's reality show, "Couples Therapy."

"I can say, 'Yeah, I'm falling for her big time.' But I do love her, as to tell her, 'I love you?' No," said Galavis in one of the show's clips.

Again, some accused the two of staying in the relationship because of the financial perks that came with it. The two reportedly received $50,000 each for the show.
