"Arrow" season 3, episode 7 spoilers show that Cupid's obsession with Arrow gets deadly as Felicity and Ray goes on a date.

According to the "Arrow" season 3, episode 7 spoilers from Hypable, an obsession by a stalker will lead to a deadly cat-and-mouse game when the fan becomes a killer.

Meanwhile, it seems that Ray is not just moving to take over Oliver's company, he's getting personal, too. Ray asks Felicity out on a date purportedly for a business meeting. But with Ray, it's never just black and white.

How else to explain why Ray even picked out the dress that she's going to wear, in addition to the necklace that he even puts around her neck?

Just like showrunner Greg Berlanti told TVLine: "We couldn't do a Cupid episode without doing something romantic."

The official synopsis reveal "Arrow" season 3, episode 7 spoilers as it reads: "Oliver (Stephen Amell) must stop an Arrow-obsessed serial killer, Carrie Cutter (guest star Amy Gumenick), who is convinced that The Arrow is her one true love and will stop at nothing to get his attention. Unfortunately, her way of getting his attention is to kill people. Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) asks Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) to be his date for a work dinner with important clients. Thea (Willa Holland) auditions new DJs for Verdant and meets Chase (Austin Butler), a brash DJ with whom she immediately clashes."

The third season started with Arrow being recognized as the hero. "Crime is down, people feel safer, and Captain Lance even calls off the Anti-Vigilante Task Force. Basking in his success, Oliver believes he can finally have a private life and asks Felicity out on a date. But the second Oliver takes his eye off the ball, a deadly villain reappears in Starling, forcing Oliver to realize that he can never be Oliver Queen - not as long as the city needs The Arrow," said the synopsis.

The episode titled "All's Fair in Love" is directed by Rob Hardy and written by Wendy Mericle and Beth Schwartz.
