"Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star Masika Kalysha dismissed the Yung Berg assault rumors as the rapper also cleared the air on his Instagram page.

In an article from Sister 2 Sister as shared by Wetpaint, reality star Masika Kalysha claimed that the assasult rumors surrounding her relationship with Yung Berg were erroneous.

"I feel like the only abuse issue that he has is alcohol abuse. I do feel like he has a drinking issue and that's the issue at this time. It was not an abusive situation," she said, adding that the rapper never laid a hand on her.

The Yung Berg assault news reports revealed that the rapper was arrested on November 5 in a violent fight in a New York Hotel room. But "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star Masika Kalysha could not really reveal more details on what happened that night because the charges are still pending.

But she insisted that, "He did not attack me; he did not knock me out. He did not beat me up, none of that happened. He was very drunk. It was to the point where he didn't really know his bearings."

She acknowledged that Yung Berg should probably focus more about himself rather than on their relationship.

"My focus right now is him being better. The focus should not be on us being a couple right now. It's best that we don't communicate as we were," she said in the same interview. "He needs to be focused on getting these charges dropped and getting the drinking under control."

Meanwhile, Yung Berg also denied the assault rumors but he did it with aplomb. He posted the Sister 2 Sister interview with "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star Masika Kalysha, along with this caption:

"I won't be commenting further because I respect masika and I take this matter very seriously I wanna thank everyone who's supported me through this situation".
