Contrary to the news, Tom Cruise is not dating his "Mission Impossible 5" assistant nor does he have a crush on her.

Gossip Cop, debunked the rumors linking the 52-year-old actor to the 22-year-old assistant - Emily.

According to the online entertainment publication, representative of Cruise vehemently denied the rumors claiming that those are "false" accusations.

Us Weekly released the news of linking the A-list actor to his "Mission Impossible 5" assistant.

"He's always flirting with her," an alleged source claimed. "Most people on the film have noticed how into her he is," the insider added.

However, Cruise is too busy with filming that he's still waiting for the right time to formally ask the lady out for a date.

"He's already asked Emily to go out to dinner with him, on a date, when they're done shooting," the source reportedly revealed, adding that they have "never seen him crush on anyone so hard!"

It seems like gossip publications are fond of linking the 52-year-old hunk to women younger than him.

Before Tom Cruise was rumored to be dating Emily, Lindsay Lohan and Miranda Kerr - all three were said to be just pure fabrications - the 52-year-old star has also been linked to "Orange is the New Black" star Laura Prepon, after they had been reportedly spotted going on a date.

However, "That's '70s Show" star vehemently denied the rumors linking her to the actor saying:

"It's just so funny that, when people don't know, they just make stuff up ... apparently I'm dating Tom Cruise right now," Prepon claimed. "And apparently he doesn't want me doing the show because I portray a lesbian and I'm a Scientologist. This is false; where are they even getting this stuff? It's unbelievable to me."

"Charlie's Angels" star Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruise were also once rumored to be dating shortly after the actor ended his marriage with Katie Holmes. However, "Top Gun's" reps quickly shot down the rumors claiming the two are just friends.
