Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger are seen again going out together this week. This time, the date comes with a social cause as they attended the MAC AIDS Fund Premiere. The Wrecking Ball's appearance in the event is part of her task being a spokesperson for the MAC Viva Glam, E! Online reports.

The new couple appeared chatting and having a few drinks with friends earlier that night before sitting down and watching the documentary entitled "It's Not Over" which portrays a series of stories of people who are sick with HIV/AIDS. The documentary highlighted how AIDS could affect anybody regardless of one's background, ethnicity and sexual orientation.

In the event, Miley appeared in a laidback outfit composed of a black sweater that comes along with ripped jeans and heels. Her man is seen sporting a white shirt underneath a black jacket.

Last week, the couple is seen in the midst of a romantic kiss while they are watching a football game at the University of Southern California, Mirror UK said. Further, a source had seen them again partying at Nice Guy in West Hollywood on Saturday.

"They had just been for dinner and came to Nice Guy to meet some friends for drinks. They seem so happy together!" a source from E! News said.

"She was beaming, she seemed so happy to be by his side.  And he obviously feels the same, he couldn't take his eyes off her," a source said.

A friend of the ex-Hanna Montana actress shared one's opinion saying that Miley is so much happier with Patrick, though neither of them has not confirmed about their relationship yet.

"I have seen Miley with Liam and other boyfriends but honestly I have never seen her look as loved up as this. This is more than just a fling, they look like they are falling in love with one another," the source said.
