Idol group Big Bang has proved their popularity with their sold out concerts.

According to the South China Morning Post, the Hong Kong concert that is to be held on December 8 sold out in just one hour for a 35,000 seat location.

The local media commented, "The speed in which the tickets were sold was shocking. Due to the request of the fans, we added another concert date and that has been sold out too."

Their U.S. concert dates have been sold out as well, regardless of the fact that they have never had any U.S. promotions before.

The U.S. concert tickets were sold out in 2 hours for a 24,000 seat location.

They will perform in California on November 3 and in New Jersey on November 9.

Aside from Hong Kong and the U.S., they have a record of holding sell out concerts in Korea, Japan, Singapore and other parts of Asia.

They will perform in Singapore on September 28 and continue their world tour until the end of the year.
