It looks like "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Joseline Hernandez and producer husband Stevie J are not getting any present from Santa this Christmas.

According to Contact Music, the two reality stars have recently been very bad. Both are accused of faking pregnancy and the 28-year-old Puerto Rican star is now wanted by the New York City Police because of an alleged brawl during VH1's "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" reunion on July.

According to report, Hernandez's co-stars, rapper Benzino and his fiancee Althea Heart filed a complaint against her and now the police had issued an arrest warrant for Stevie J's wife.

In addition, a lawsuit against Hernandez has also been filed after she accused Heart of being under the influence of cocaine during the controversial reunion that aired on September.

Meanwhile, Stevie J, Hernandez's husband is now being slammed by fans for allegedly scheming his wife's fake pregnancy just to make them relevant in the Entertainment industry.

The site Sandrarose.com released an article claiming that someone close to the reality stars reached them and told them that "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Joseline Hernandez is not pregnant with Stevie J.

The insider also claimed that the couple together with the show's producer Mona Scott-Young concocted the pregnancy hoax to revive the stars' career.

Stevie J, who has a five-year-old daughter with "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Mimi Faust reportedly, told V100.7's Reggie Brown that his wife is definitely pregnant, despite rumors suggesting otherwise.

"We got a new addition with the family too, but I don't wanna say too much, you know what I mean?" he said in the interview, according to VH1. "We're expanding the Jordan family, if you understand what I mean," the rapper/producer added.

It seems like the fake pregnancy rumors just wouldn't die down until Hernandez shows some baby bump, especially that she is also rumored to be faking her real gender, rumors are circulating that the 28-year-old reality star was not born female, instead she had to go under the knife to change her gender.

Even Stevie J's ex-partner and one of "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" stars Mimi Faust isn't quite impressed with the couple's relationship.

In fact she's quite vocal with strong feelings about the couple.

"Those two, they're going to kill each other. They're the same person. They're going to kill each other. So, I'm gonna say definitely a mistake and it's not going to be forever because they're going to kill each other."

However, Joseline Hernandez remains faithful with her relationship with Stevie J saying:

"Of course we're going to last. He's not going to find someone to love him better than me. I'm the only woman he ever had that loves him for him and his shenanigans. Ain't nobody else going love him because they don't know him. For you to love somebody you gotta know them, and only I know him."
