Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy were spotted with their 3-year-old son Bingham Bellamy at Café Brentwood on Wednesday, Dec. 17.

According to E! News, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy rocker has been staying at Hudson's Los Angeles place since he got into Southern California on Monday.

According to an insider, Hudson and Bellamy trio spent an hour having breakfast and "seemed normal, as if nothing was wrong. There were no signs of tension between them. They looked like any other family having a relaxed outing with their son. It was casual. They were happy. Matt opened the door for her and was being very courteous and polite. After the breakfast was over, they went back to Kate's house."
