Clint Eastwood and Dina Eastwood divorce is final. Dina and Eastwood separated in August 2013 after 17 years of marriage. Dina filed for legal separation that September.

Judge Susan Matcham, of Monterey, California,  approved a judgment Tuesday that does not state how the pair will divide their assets. The papers indicated that Clint and Dina "are restored to the status of single persons."

The details of their financial settlement is being kept confidential

Clint and Dina Eastwood married in 1996. Eastwood, 84, and Dina, 49, are parents to 18-year-old daughter Morgan.

Eastwood was previously married to Maggie Johnson from 1953 to 1984. He also had a long-term relationship with actress Sondra Locke in the 1970s and 1980s.

Dina told Bethenny Frankel at the time "I don't think we will be getting back together. That is why I filed for divorce. I think maybe a part of me was holding out, like 'What are we doing here?' Then there have been some definite signs that we're not going to get back together so let's move on amicably is my opinion, but I think there is a mental chokehold on you when you don't have something in place that shows you are definitely apart."

Clint Eastwood had tried to block the former Dina Ruiz from getting spousal support. Eastwood claimed "money to which she was entitled was covered by their prenup."

Dina said that the "Gran Torino" star was okay with the breakup, telling Frankel "He's lovely, he hasn't done much. It's other people around him have done things that have blown me away and again my future ex-husband has done nothing [wrong]. He's probably the sweetest guy I've ever met. He is the sweetest, he is a loving, kind, low-key person so my intuition was still great on marrying a good person."

According to Radar Online, Clint has been dating the photographer Erica Tomlinson-Fisher since the separation. Radar also reported that Dina Eastwood dated San Diego State University basketball coach Scott Fisher, who was Erica Tomlinson-Fisher's ex-husband.
