Birdman posted a photo on Instagram with Lil Wayne on the background despite their current fued, as Christina Milians' rumored boyfriend is reportedly ready to sue Cash Money to cut ties with the music producer.

All Hip Hop noted how Birdman continues to write the hashtag #YMCMB (Young Money-Cash Money) on his Instagram posts even if Lil Wayne has refused to acknowledge the music producer anymore.

"Birdman posted a picture on Instagram that included a photo of Wayne's 'Tha Carter III' in the background. Birdman previously continued to add the hashtag #YMCMB to his IG pics even after the feud with Wayne became public," it said.

On December 12, Lil Wayne posted on Twitter: "YM! That's it. Nothing Else."

Meanwhile, TMZ reported that Christina Milian's rumored boyfriend is threatening to sue Cash Money Records if Birdman doesn't release his new album immediately.

"Sources very close to the feud tell TMZ ... Wayne has issued a simple ultimatum, in writing, no less -- release 'Tha Carter V' pronto ... or he will sue to leave Cash Money altogether," the website said.

The article added that Lil Wayne and Birdman are still not on speaking terms, but the rapper is focused on the album.

Lil Wayne has criticized the label for the delay in the release of his newest album, but Birdman had said that the rapper couldn't understand the situation because he doesn't know anything about marketing a record, which means a lot of administrative work.

However, the music mogul is still reportedly keen on releasing the album because money is money, said TMZ.

Common friend Nicki Minaj, who's signed on to Young Money label, earlier told DJ Whoo Kid on Shade 45 that she's optimistic Christina Milian's rumored boyfriend Lil Wayne and Birdman can work out their differences. "I know that Wayne and Baby love each other, and I know they're going to resolve anything that needs to be resolved. I am Young Money. I ride with Wayne on whatever - that's just how I am. But Baby has played such a huge role in my mental stability," she added.
