Kaley Cuoco plastic surgery news is confirmed but not for the reason some people are thinking. As opposed to speculations that the "Big Bang Theory" star went under the knife to alter the shape of her nose, she actually had a sinus surgery over the holidays.

Following her surgery, Ryan Sweeting's wife went out of her way to share a sweet Instagram post.

 "Coming out of sinus surgery and the first thing I see is my beautiful angel of a man, he's right there," Cuoco wrote. "Always. He's taking amazing care of me."

Furthermore, should there be a new Kaley Cuoco plastic surgery, the blonde beauty won't hide it. Earlier this year, she even talked to Redbook about her breast implants which she acquired when she was 18.

 "I had no boobs! And it really was the best thing ever! I always felt ill-proportioned. My implants made me feel more confident in my body. It wasn't about trying to be a porn star or wanting to look hot and sexy," she said.

Since she has no issue in talking about plastic surgery, the "Big Bang Theory" star felt upset that some of her followers on Instagram accused her of hiding a nose job. With a little help from Taylor Swift, she responded:

 "For those haters out there who are gonna hate hate hate no matter what, let me inform you that I have not been able to breath [sic] through my nose like a normal human being in years," she wrote. "This surgery is changing my life. With that being said, if I DID get a nose job, (which I didn't) I would be shouting that from the rooftops as well."

Fortunately, she can forget about doubtful followers as she takes on the role of a doting housewife. In the same interview with Redbook, she also talked about her fascination for taking care of her husband.

 "I cook for Ryan five nights a week: It makes me feel like a housewife; I love that. I know it sounds old-fashioned, but I like the idea of women taking care of their men. I'm so in control of my work that I like coming home and serving him. My mom was like that, so I think it kind of rubbed off," she gushed.
