Wilmer Valderrama's girlfriend Demi Lovato is proud of what she accomplished in terms of managing her weight in 2014 and having a healthy body image.

Before 2014 ended, "Let It Go" singer Demi Lovato shared side-by-side photos of herself from the start of the year until the end. She captioned the images: "I was beautiful then, and I'm beautiful now. "I decided to focus on bettering myself by making changes in my life with health, balance, endurance and consistency."

Demi Lovato has been battling what potentially could be an eating disorder. But her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, whom she has been dating for years, helped her get through the ordeal, said Us Weekly.

"I almost went back to rehab for my eating disorder last summer," she said. "I was obsessing over food and terrified of it at the same time. Wilmer noticed and called me out on it, which was a relief."

As 2014 came to a close, Demi Lovato released her newest single "Nightingale," which shows her sharing a passionate lip-lock with her boyfriend. The video, shot in black and white, chronicles the journey of Wilmer Valderrama's girlfriend as she toured worldwide. The music video received critical acclaim and was well-received by fans.

E! News noted that the "Let It Go" singer has a glow about her that cannot be denied. And she should continue whatever is working for her, whether being the girlfriend of Wilmer Valderrama or her successful career.

"You don't have to wait till the beginning of a new year to make resolutions for yourself," Demi Lovato added in the images. "It's all about loving and taking care of the only body you will ever have...cherish it, love it, embrace it...Because when you do...It begins to show."
