People's Sexiest Woman Alive, Kate Upton, shared a secret to moving on after a breakup as the Sports Illustrated model shunned dating on a rebound.

According to The Spec, Justin Verlander's girlfriend said that she would never date a man while on the rebound because it will end up badly.

The Sexiest Woman Alive has the answer: "The best way to get over a guy is a good night out with girlfriends. A lot of girls do the rebound thing and jump straight into another relationship, but that's a bad idea as you have two heartbreaks to get over.

"I give myself time to get back to me and to get re-inspired by something in my life," she added.

The model could very well talk about The Fappening, where nude photos of Kate Upton and even Justin Verlander were leaked online.

Kate Upton was recently named as People's Sexiest Woman Alive, and as she accepted the award, the Sports Illustrated model said in her speech: "This is such an honor to me because sexy to me means someone who's confident and happy, and that's the person I always strive to be," she told the attendees.

Aside from being named as the sexiest, "The Other Woman" actress Kate Upton also topped the list of Google's hot models who got the most number of searchers from users. The girlfriend of Justin Verlander beat out Kendall Jenner, and supermodel Miranda Kerr.

On the other hand, the Sports Illustrated model said that she doesn't like guys getting an attitude after consuming alcohol.

"Every time I find something really gross I just remove myself from the situation, but anything said after alcohol probably shouldn't be said," Kate Upton told The Spec. "Everyone gets a false sense of self and you just come across as cocky and rude. I'm not attracted to that."
