Is Kristen Stewart dating her BFF? Robert Pattinson's ex girlfriend has been reportedly spending so much time out with Alicia Cargile that it has sparked rumors that they are an item.

After their vacation in Hawaii to ring in the New Year, "Twilight" actress Kristen Stewart and BFF Alicia Cargile were spotted spending time together again in Los Angeles to buy medicines from a local pharmacy.

"The 'Twilight' actress put her arm around her pal's shoulder, as Alicia held on to her hand while they went about their day," Mail Online reported. "The inseparable pair wore casual outfits for their daytime outing, with the actress wearing a comfortable pair of grey tracksuit trousers."

Radar Online alleged that Kristen Stewart and Alicia Cargile are indeed dating and they even had matching tattoos to prove it.

"When Kristen and Alicia were in Hawaii for New Years, I am sure that they thought no one was going to see them. But they are not exactly nonchalant about their relationship anymore," the source said.

The source also said that Kristen Stewart is much happier these days after proving to people that she can act, so she doesn't much care what critics think of her anymore.

"Kristen is happy and she is just being herself. She doesn't need to worry about where her next role is going to come from nowadays because she has proven herself as an actress," the insider added.

But Glamour magazine cautioned about jumping to conclusions that Kristen Stewart and Alicia Cargile are dating.

"Everyone is talking about a couple of pictures of the pair on holiday because there are two slightly suggestive snaps; in one, we can see Kristen Stewart and Alicia appearing to hold hands. And in another shot, their faces are pretty close," it said.

"So what else have the two friends/lovers/whatever done on their holibobs? Well, between dips in the ocean and games of catch, they walked along the sand," the magazine said about Robert Pattinson's ex girlfriend and her pal.
