Pregnant Carrie Underwood's baby bump is visible through her little black dress at the Grand Ole Opry on Thursday during the funeral service for Little Jimmy Dickens who died at 94. The "American Idol" alum, meanwhile, was named People's Choice for Favorite Female Country Artist.

In the photo published on Perez Hilton website, a pregnant Carrie Underwood was greeted on stage by country music legend Vince Gill prior to their duet performance.

"Even though the singer is extremely pregnant, we commend her for coming out to give the music legend a proper send off," the site said.

Prior to Gill and Underwood's performance, Rolling Stone said, "both spoke about their friendship with Dickens, with Underwood sharing a touching story of how he would always greet her with a kiss of her hand."

The two singers gave a fitting tribute to the late Little Jimmy Dickens by singing "'Go Rest High on That Mountain." The tribute was presided over by Brad Paisley, who was Carrie Underwood's co-host in the Country Music Awards late last year.

It was also during the CMA that Brad Paisley revealed the sex of pregnant Carrie Underwood's baby.

During their spiel about the living legend, Garth Brooks, Brad told Carrie: "Hey, you can name him Garth."

He quickly added, "Hashtag: Blew it."

Carrie Underwood also tweeted to pay tribute to Little Jimmy Dickens: "I know why it's raining in Nashville. Little Jimmy is in heaven now making the Angels laugh so hard, they're crying. We'll miss you, friend!"

Meanwhile, News OK reported that pregnant Carrie Underwood was named Favorite Female Country Artist during the People's Choice Awards, her seventh during the duration of her career, including: Favorite Country Artist (2010); Favorite Female Singer (2008); Favorite Country Song for "Last Name" (2008); Favorite Star 35 & Under (2008); Favorite Female Singer (2006); and Favorite Country Song for "Before He Cheats" (2006).
