Katy Perry And John Mayer Back Together Reports: ‘Your Body Is A Wonderland’ Crooner Claims He’s Over His Bachelor Days?

Katy Perry and John Mayer back together reports have surfaced when the two were seen having dinner in Los Angeles earlier this month. Several onlookers cited that the two were holding hands during their date.

Katy Perry and John Mayer's split took place last year although their romance had been on-and-off since June 2012. While Perry appears to be happy that she has reconnected with her former beau, those close to her couldn't help but express their concern.

One tipster told Closer magazine that the "Love Song for No One" crooner is indeed wooing Perry despite the latter's rumored romance with Australian DJ, Diplo: "Katy and John reconnected over a dinner date around a month ago and John's been wooing her with romantic love letters and gifts."

The source added that Mayer, known as a ladies' man, promised the "Teenage Dream" hit maker that he'd forgotten about his bachelor days: "He's promised he's put his bachelor days behind him, but her friends say she'd be foolish to let him waltz back into her life after he hurt her, and warn her that he might never change."

While her friends are worried, Perry reportedly assured them the purpose of her reconnection with Mayer: "She's told friends she's just enjoying time with John and said he's helping her prepare for her Super Bowl performance next month."

On February 1, the "Dark Horse" songstress will be exhibiting her musical prowess for the Super Bowl halftime show which will take place at the University of Phoenix Staidum in Glendale, Arizona.

In another interview with the "Today" show, she talked about being nervous for her upcoming performance: "Can I be human and say yes, I will be nervous! But I'm going to, kind of, recycle those nerves and make them adrenaline."

"I was weeping. And I was weeping all day actually. I could kind of well up right now," she said.
