Big Bang leader G-Dragon wrote a congrats message to Psy.

Today on Psy's twitter, G-Dragon left a message that read, "Wow! Psy...What to do?" that was a response to Psy's tweet that read, "600 Million views! Muahahah!"

G-Dragon's 'What to do?' phrase was from the hit movie "Introduction to Architecture" and was a phrase that became a trend.

On the other hand, Psy is currently in Toronto as he performed for the first time there, regardless of the hurricane.

Psy has become a global sensation with his song "Gangnam Style."

He has appeared on the "Ellen Show" and "SNL" as well as on CNN and ABC. He also attended the MTV VMA's and many radio stations.

He will be releasing his debut U.S. album sometime this November.
