Birdman's Success Dependent On Lil Wayne? Feud Not Restraining Weezy To Focus On His Music

The on-going feud between Birdman and Lil Wayne has left people taking sides and delving into the relationship of the Cash Money boss and the famed rapper. The beef, however, is not stopping Weezy to make more music.

According to Charlamagne The God, a radio DJ at Power 105.1, in a report from Hip Hop DX, the continuing Birdman and Lil Wayne feud will hurt the music producer more than the rapper.

"Because Lil Wayne has been with Baby forever...My thing is how can anybody want to be in business with Birdman after watching Lil Wayne complain for what is the second time."

"Remember back in the day when Juve and B.G. and all them left? Wayne was about to leave at one point with Roc-A-Fella for like the same reasons. The money was funny and whatnot. He wanted to go other places. I just don't understand why you would want to sign with Birdman after seeing how he did his son. The man he kissed in the mouth. The man who made Cash Money what it is."

And finally, the coup de grace statement.

"First of all, let's be clear, Cash Money would be dead if it wasn't for Lil Wayne. Remember 'Bling Bling' when Baby said 'By the year 2000 Lil Wayne's gonna tear this game up?' That's one of the most underrated prophecies ever in the history of Hip Hop. Lil Wayne really tore the game up," Charlamagne added.

Meanwhile, after releasing the remix "Sh!t" where he appeared to explain his feud with the Birdman, Lil Wayne released another track called "Fingers Hurting," where he voices out his frustration about the delay in the release of "Tha Carter V," said a report by MStarz.

According to MTV, the "Sh!t" remix addressed Lil Wayne's feud with Birdman.

"On the track, Weezy addresses the weirdness going on at his label with Cash Money CEO Birdman, whom he has blamed for the album hold-up: 'Did my time at Cash Money / Time served and released, but this agent ain't free,' it said.
