Jennifer Lopez' Daily Routine Revealed! Find Out How 'The Boy Next Door' Star And Mother Of Two Spends Her Time [PHOTO]

Have you ever wondered what a day in the life of Jenny from the Block is like? Well, now you can take a sneak peek!

The 45-year-old "The Boy Next Door" star always keeps busy, as she has 6-year-old twins Emme and Max to take care of. She told People Magazine, "The kids come in between 6:15 and 6:45 a.m. Then we get ready for school [or] they'll say, 'we want you to make us breakfast!'"

She then proceeds to work on her physical fitness. She stated, "My workout will be at least an hour to an hour and 15 minutes of different stuff." Just how did she get so trim and toned? Lopez said she just goes back to the basics. "I eat right and exercise! I put in the work like everyone else," she said. "You have to switch it up to keep your body and yourself fresh."

Lopez also revealed that she sets aside about 15 minutes a day to do affirmations, pray and meditate before heading to work. Afterwards, it's a rush for time. "I'm usually running off to a meeting of some sort," Lopez says. "I wind up doing my makeup in the car to save a lot of time."

Even when rushed, Lopez manages to look beautiful. She told InStyle a couple of her beauty secrets, which are simpler than you might imagine. Supposedly, the one makeup product that she can't live without is lip gloss, and that the food she recommends for attaining better skin is oatmeal. As for how she removes dark circles? Simply put: "Sleep."

After work comes dinner, which is usually at 6:30 or 7pm. She makes a point of eating with her children, too. She said, "I read somewhere that if you have dinner with your kids, they're less likely to do drugs!" Bedtime for the kids is around 8:30 - Lopez stated, "They try to get me to read three or four books a night. I love that they love to read."

Maybe it turns out we can all relate to Jennifer Lopez after all!
