Ciara And Future Not Over Their Breakup As New Songs Throw Shade At Each Other? 'I Bet' Singer Holds Baby Close At The Airport

Ciara and Future might have broken up months ago but it appears as though the former couple is still not over each other. Meanwhile, the "I Bet" singer was snapped hugging her baby close at the airport.

The Hollywood Life noted how Ciara's new song, "I Bet," sounds very much like a shade toward ex-fiance Future, as she talks about being under-appreciated.

"The R&B star sings, 'You know that it hurts your pride / But you thought the grass was greener on the other side / I bet you start loving me / As soon as I start loving someone else / Somebody better than you.'"

"I regret that I'm singing this song, because I love you," she added.

But Future is not about to be silence by Ciara's track as he also released a single called "Just Like Bruddas."

According to Showbiz Spy, the lyrics seemed to refer to Future's split with Ciara.

"Half a million dollars on a ring / I'm taken percocets.

Sh** ain't been the same / They talkin' bout me on the 'Gram.

They say I turned my back on my baby mama," it said.

Meanwhile, Ciara is definitely moving on from Future as she arrived at the LAX while carrying her seven-month-old baby, Future Wilburn.

The 29-year-old singer was casually dressed with high-cut Converse sneakers, a black-and-white varsity jacket, and tight black jeans.

"Meanwhile, little Future looked cute in a white T-shirt, matching jean jacket and denim trousers, and yellow boots," said Daily Mail.

In an earlier report from E! News, Ciara and Future tried to work their relationship out before finally calling it quits.

"They tried to work things out between them but it could not be saved. Ciara could not get over what had happened. She is focusing on her baby and friends now. Her baby is the most important person in her life," the report said.
