Recently-released court documents chronicling Iggy Azalea and Hefe Wine's ongoing legal battle claim that the Australian rapper at one point "initiated" a "sexual relationship" with her ex-boyfriend when they met in Houston, including a seductive "selfie" she sent him of herself in lingerie. 

"As to unwanted sexual advances, Amethyst pursued me in a sexual relationship. She initiated our sexual relationship when we met in Houston in June 2008. Below is a selfie that she sent me," Page 8 of the court documents read. 

Many fans are left wondering if the selfie included in the document may have been part of the alleged sex tape Hefe Wine claims to have of his ex-girlfriend. 

A Los Angeles court recently banned Iggy Azalea's boyfriend Hefe Wine from trying to release and profit from any of her music, sparking rumors that his alleged sex tape with her may never be released. 

The rumored video with her ex-boyfriend may have been recorded when she was legally considered a minor. 

"... her core argument is that she may have been less than eighteen when the video was shot," a website entitled IggyAzaleaSexTape.net writes in a review of the alleged recording. 

Hefe Wine filed divorce documents in Texas several weeks ago, claiming the pair agreed to be married, TMZ reports.

Since Texas law considers a man and a woman living together for any specific length of time as "husband and wife," Wine may be able to strengthen his case.

However, Iggy Azalea has revealed that she thinks his actions are an attempt to steal her money.
