Katy Perry is said to have dissed rival singer Taylor Swift during her recent 2015 Super Bowl Halftime Show performance. 

Her backup dancers wore high-waisted polkadot costumes similar to a red one worn by Taylor Swift several years ago. Watch Katy Perry's performance below:

Katy Perry and Taylor Swift's feud involves a number of issues. 

It is said to have begun some time ago when several backup dancers working for Taylor Swift left the "1989" singer to work for Katy Perry. Taylor Swift even released a song entitled "Bad Blood," which is said to be about the "Roar" singer being her straight-up enemy." 

But Taylor Swift isn't the only person fans were buzzing about as it relates to Katy Perry's Super Bowl appearance. 

John Mayer is rumored to be dating Katy Perry again following their on-again, off-again relationship. 

The two were spotted cozying up with each other in a picture posted on Instagram by rapper Missy Elliot, who was also featured in the Super Bowl 2015 halftime show. 

Sources told Us Weekly that John Mayer congratulated Katy Perry on her successful performance.

Rumors also surfaced last January suggesting the two were on a date and were holding hands.
