'Juno' Actress Ellen Page Surprised With Man-Made Makeshift Camp In Her Carport; Gets Restraining Order

Ellen Page got the scare of her life after stumbling onto a makeshift camp by a stranger right in her own carport. The "Juno" actress immediately secured a restraining order against the drifter.

In a report from TMZ, Ellen Page called authorities after discovering that suspect Jordan Dillard had camped out in her California home.

"Page and her lawyers ran to court after police arrested the stranger she says was crashing in her carport," the article said. "She says the man -- Jordan Dillard -- made himself cozy with all the necessities: bedding, a cell phone, a laptop, iPod, a pot pipe, and for some reason ... one PlayStation game controller."

"Juno" star Ellen Page claimed that she didn't realize somebody has converted her carport into a living quarters up until Tuesday, when "Dillard repeatedly knocked on her windows and tried to bust in through her front door."

Reports also reveal that Jordan Dillard had pleaded with authorities since Ellen Page is a "nice" person and she wouldn't mind him living in her own property.

Eventually, Jordan Dillard pleaded no contest to the charge.

"Dillard was arrested for trespassing and Page's lawyers headed straight to court to apply for a protective order," said a related report from Hollywood.com. "A judge has since approved the request and ordered the suspect to stay 100 yards (91.44 meters) away from the star and her home. Dillard has pleaded no contest to the trespassing charge."

According to the article, the "Juno" star was out of town and arrived with Dillard "began knocking on her windows and banging on her front door."

Ellen Page was launched to stardom with the 2007 surprise hit "Juno." The actress, who has since came out as gay, will next be seen in "Into the Forest" opposite Evan Rachel Wood and "Freeheld" with Julianne Moore.
