Turk Joins In Lil Wayne And Birdman's Feud? Hot Boy$ Rapper Files Lawsuit Against Cash Money

Turk just dipped his finger into the Lil Wayne and Birdman feud as the Hot Boy$ rapper filed a lawsuit of his own against Cash Money.

According to the suit, as reported by TMZ, "Turk claims Birdman and Cash Money have done some shady accounting and kept the info on his real earnings under wraps ... and he wants his money."

TMZ also observed that Lil Wayne and Birdman's feud might have influenced Turk to file the lawsuit for a judge to void his contract with Cash Money, and for the label to give him $1.3 million in damages.

They BF published excerpts of the lawsuit by Lil Wayne against Cash Money.

Part of the lawsuit says: "Cash Money breached the 1998 Recording Agreement as amended specifically by the 2012 Amendment, by failing to pay Carter the Eight Million Dollar ($8,000,000.00) payment upon commencement of the recording and paying Carter only Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) over the course of the recording of Tha Carter V."

According to the site, Lil Wayne and Birdman's feud went as far back as 2005. However, Lil Wayne was appeased after Birdman amended his contract. Presently, Birdman controls 51% of Young Money while Lil Wayne owns the other 49%.

"Moreover, Cash Money has refused to pay Carter the Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) due upon delivery of Tha Carter V to Cash Money. Cash Money has refused to pay Carter the balance of Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000.00) due Carter in respect of Tha Carter V, despite due demand therefore by Carter," it added.

Forbes reported that Lil Wayne is seeking $51 million in damages from Birdman, while also attributing some "shady practices" to Cash Money, which caused their feud.

Among the allegations were Birdman "overspending Wayne's money on marketing on his Young Money imprint, somehow forgetting to register Wayne's name on some copyrights, not paying a promised $10 million advance, failing to pay required overhead and escrow dollars to Young Money, holding back the release of Wayne's new album."
