Kanye West Chooses Kylie Jenner To Model In Adidas Show At New York Fashion Week, Kim Kardashian And North West Proudly Attend [PHOTO]

This past Thursday, rapper Kanye West hosted a fashion show in New York City in order to launch his collaboration with Adidas titled "Yeezus Season 1." However, there was one surprise - instead of choosing rising model Kendall Jenner to help debut his collection, he chose younger sister Kylie! It turned out to be a good choice - Kylie stole the audience's gaze, and had her family's full support.

According to US Magazine, the 17-year-old wore a sheer bodysuit, olive sports bra, mocha booty shorts, and chocolate over-the-knee boots. The sporty look was made complete with the addition of an ebony shearling coat. Her makeup was kept minimal so as not to detract from her clothing, and her hair was concealed by a sheer cap.

The Daily Mail reports that the overall look of the line included a blend of body suits, stockings, crop tops, boots, shredded army jackets, camouflage parkas, hats and backpacks.

According to Telegraph, the collection is described as "the world's first solutions-based clothing line," which aims to "absolve consumers of dressing's daily stress by creating a line of high-quality essentials that can be freely combined in infinite ways." West has said of his line, "I don't want the clothes to be the life; I want the clothes to help the life."

As Kylie stood among rows of willowy models, her family watched with pride in the front row. Kendall and half-sister Kim Kardashian were accompanied by 19-month-old North West, and the trio saw Kylie bring West's designs to life.

After the show, Kylie showed her appreciation for being cast as a model by captioning a backstage Instagram photo "Kanye X Adidas. Thank u to Yé for believing in me." She was later seen leaving the show wearing a floor-length puffer coat, black crop top, olive sweats, and West's new pale grey hi-top sneakers, Yeezy Boosts.
