Lindsay Lohan's community service records are still with her less than a week before the court deadline for her to hand them over. The "Speed the Plow" actress also squeezed in her social life in face of serious legal consequences.

A source told Radar Online that the community service records detail "how was Lindsay monitored, who supervised her work - it does seem odd that none of that information has been sent, especially since there is a court date scheduled for February 18."

The community service records are in connection to Lindsay Lohan's conviction for reckless driving.

Sources told the tabloid that the court still has to receive the documents it requested from London officials.

Earlier, TMZ reported that the Community Service Volunteers in London counted Lindsay Lohan's meet-and-greet with fans into the number of hours she's supposed to render.

The documents added five meet and greets for the "Speed the Plow" actress, with each event lasting three hours.

The report prompted prosecutor Terry White to investigate the issue as he asked for two weeks before making a recommendation to the judge.

E! News reported that Terry White opposed the CSV's decision to credit meet and greet with fans to Lindsay Lohan's community service.

"If this was Lindsay Smith, nobody would allow this. I'd love to hang out with a celebrity all day and see their life, but this is not community service," The prosecutor said.

Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan appeared to be unaffected by the legal repercussions of failing to give documents on her community service records. On Thursday night, the "Speed the Plow" actress was seen stepping into Novikov restaurant with friend Alex Ruimy.

"She wore a red blouse under the statement jacket as she tucked into the exclusive hotspot's range of Asian and Italian cuisine," said Daily Mail. "Also separately attending Novikov on Thursday was Lady Victoria Hervey, fresh from her time on winter sports competition 'The Jump.'"
