Jennifer Aniston's Wedding To Justin Theroux All Set? Prenup Allegedly In Place As Brad Pitt's Ex Celebrates Her 46th Birthday
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's wedding is reportedly set as the couple allegedly signed a prenup agreement recently. Meanwhile, Brad Pitt's ex-wife marked her 46th birthday by having dinner with friends at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood last Thursday.
Justin Theroux allegedly "scaled down" his conditions for Jennifer Aniston to sign the prenup, which reports claim is a precondition to the wedding.
"There's been a lot of talk among friends that it could be at their Bel Air home on May 16," the Grazia magazine, per Belfast Telegraph, reported. "They came to an agreement after Justin scaled down his demands - at one point he suggested a £1.3 million ($1.99 million) 'cheating clause', but that's now off the table."
The prenup is necessary considering Jennifer Aniston's fortune. The "Cake" star and Brad Pitt's ex is still receiving up to now royalties from syndication of the hit series, "Friends." According to the publication, Jennifer Aniston is worth $112million while Justin Theroux is worth $19 million.
"Jen's fortune is considerably greater than Justin's, but if the marriage ends, she'll now only pay out £1million ($1.534 million)," the source said.
Meanwhile, Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston were mum about the prenup and wedding as they celebrated her birthday this past Thursday.
In a report from E! News, among the guests at Jennifer Aniston's birthday party were Malin Akerman, Sacha Baron Cohen, Courteney Cox, Lake Bell, Amy Adams, John Krasinski, Tobey Maguire and Jimmy Kimmel.
The source told the site, "The party appeared to be over just before 1 a.m. in the morning. Jennifer and Justin left through a different entrance as the rest of the party grabbed their cars from valet."
Grazia magazine also claimed that Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston's wedding is already causing some friction between their families over "the size and scale of the event."
"Justin's mother Phyllis has been quite vocal about who she wants at the wedding, and while they both want to appease their families, they'd like to do it their own way," the source continued.
