Gina Carano has been shown last week hitting the gym, prompting rumors about her MMA return. But if that happens, it's likely that Henry Cavill's ex-girlfriend's new movie with Bruce Willis and Kellan Lutz titled "Extraction" will come out first.

 "Lutz plays CIA rookie agent Harry Turner, who sets out to find his kidnapped father (Willis) against the agency's wishes. Carano plays Victoria, a tough field operative assigned to hunt down Harry. Lone Survivor's Dan Bilzerian, Lydia Hull and Tyler Olson also star. Tim Sullivan, Brandon Grimes and Gus Furla are co-producers," said the report from Deadline.

In another report from Bloody Elbow, Henry Cavill's ex-girlfriend was seen training at the Combat Sports Academy in Dublin, California, as evidenced by Jennifer Ferguson's photo on Instagram.

She captioned the image: "Today's training session @csagym was with these two!! They were awesome and I feel so fortunate! #lovedit #beautifulladies #ginacarano #zoilafrausto."

It has been four years since Gina Carano has fought professionally and there have been several rumors about her return to the MMA, possibly to fight women's champion, Ronda Rousey. But so far, those reports have yet to be confirmed.

The UFC president earlier expressed his frustration on how difficult it was to talk to the managers of Henry Cavill's ex-girlfriend, and he's all about ready to walk away from the negotiating table.

Bloody Elbow said there's no context or explanation on the post showing Gina Carano training.

"Whether it portends bigger things in the future, or whether she was just getting a few rounds in to stay in shape, Gina Carano has added a little fuel to the fire of those hoping to see her back in a cage sometime down the road," it said.

For her part, Ronda Rousey said that she would love for Gina Carano to return to MMA fighting because that would give her a chance to fight her idol on the octagon and see who's better.
