Chris Brown Denied Entry To Canada: Is Rihanna’s Accident To Blame? [Instagram & Twitter Rumors]

Chris Brown has been denied entry into Canada, where he was scheduled to perform at Live Nation concerts in Toronto and Montreal.

"The good people of the Canadian government wouldn't allow me entry. I'll be back this summer and will hopefully see all my Canadian fans!" he wrote on Twitter, prior to deleting his post.

Given that the "Loyal" singer did not provide a reason for his rejection from crossing the border, fans began to spark rumors about the possibility of the Canadian government denying him entrance because of his past criminal record. This includes his five-year probation sentence for assaulting former girlfriend Rihanna and hitting a man outside a Washington, D.C. hotel last September.

Live Nation solely mentioned on social media that Chris Brown was encountering "immigration issues" without going into details as to why he was denied.

Promoters have said ticket refunds will be made at the point of purchases, the Hollywood Reporter states.

The 25-year-old rapper is best known for his recent "Loyal" song.
